Abdianto's farm is located at an altitude of 1800 meters above sea level and has been known in his area for honey and fermented coffee processing. In the Honey process, the coffee is taken directly from the pulping machine to the drying trays without going through any washing, leaving all the sticky sweet outer layers of the coffee bean to dry. This process may take up to 40 days to allow maximum absorption and fermentation of the sweet mucilage, giving the coffee a unique bright sweet flavor.
