Shipping policy
- Goods will be shipped within 3 business days from order placement
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and / or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appears to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
- You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration date so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
- All trademarks, brands, products marks, designs, and trade names of Villa Sumatra Coffee Company on this site are properties of Villa Sumatra Coffee Company or their respective owners.
- Once opened, goods may not be returned or exchanged
- Goods may be returned within 1 business day from delivery date. Delivery date counts from the day goods have been delivered and signed off by the recipient.
- Return request should be made by sending an email to ( info@villasumatracoffeecompany.com), email subject to include the following information( return request- order Number)
- Items returned will be picked up from the original delivery address set in the order.
- Purchaser agrees to bare all charges set by the courier for the collection and return of the goods
- Orders paid in cash will be refunded immediately upon collection after deduction of courier charges.
- Online paid orders will refunded to the purchaser card within 21 days from payment date after deduction of courier charges.
